Waiver of Liability
 
This agreement releases Cool Spot (including the owning company and the Creekside Art Center managing/ owning company) from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during any held events. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Cool Spot (and above mentioned affiliates) entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
 
I also acknowledge the risks involved in event activities, which can vary from parties to sports activities, to classes and workshops of any type allowed by law. These include but are not limited to physical injuries of any kind, unwelcomed approaches, physical contacts, or social interactions by others present at the events, presence of unsafe objects, furnitures, or fixtures. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in the event and entailing activities related to it or required by it.
 
By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Cool Spot and affiliates for any reason. In return, I will receive permission to attend the event. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
